During the Service

Please read the Playground Procedures, Rules and Discipline Guidelines then check the following box if you and your child(ren) agree to those procedures, rules and guidelines.  Agree

Parents take turns monitoring the playground through a cooperative effort.  In order to staff the playground adequately, each parent will each need to serve as a monitor periodically.  The frequency of serving as a monitor should be proportional to usage of the playground.  As a guide, parents whose children use the playground regularly should monitor every 4 weeks.  Check if you agree to monitor your fair share: Agree

Youth (6th grade and up):
If your child is in at least 6th grade, they may check themselves out of the playground if you give them permission to do so.  They are then limited to the library, patio and playground.   Check if you grant them that permission:
