The nursery is staffed by experienced childcare providers. Blythe Keene has been working with the church for several years. Our staff is supplemented as needed by screened, dependable child care contractors. Children are greeted by colorful surroundings, toys, books and music upon entering the nursery and spend their time exploring individually or with guidance, the class occasionally also does group projects. On good weather days (of which there are many!) children may go outside to our nursery playground. Parents may stay with their children in the nursery to help them feel more comfortable in their new surroundings and of course may drop in at any time. Parents are asked to bring a change of diapers and any special items the child may need. Parents should sign in their children on the clipboard next to the door of the nursery when dropping them off or fill out a Visitor Registration card if it is your first time to the nursery. We ask that during service, parents sit close to the rear of the sanctuary or tell the childcare providers where they can find you; in case they need to reach you quickly.
