Children are always welcome in the Sanctuary. Please look over our Children in Worship section on this website for helpful hints about how best to introduce your child(ren) to the worship service and make them feel comfortable.
A Words for All ages message is presented about 20 minutes into the service. Children are invited to gather at the front of the sanctuary to hear this special message. After Words for All Ages, children and youth may exit to be escorted to our playground which is supervised during service or they may remain with their parents in the service. Please see our Playground section for information on how to register your child to take part.
Several times a year, usually in conjunction with a traditional or church holiday, children will remain with their families throughout the main Worship Service. (The playground will not be monitored during this time.) These services are designed to appeal to the full span of ages in the sanctuary, with music sung more easily by children, a shorter homily in place of the sermon, and sometimes special activities designed just for the children.
